What are your access hours?
We try to make your storage experience convenient for you, so most of our El Paso Storage Units locations offers access from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm. Our Valley Self Storage location offers access from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm, and our Ripley location offers 24-hour access.
Do you speak Spanish?
Si! Se Habla Espanol. All of our facilities have Spanish-speaking staff.
Do you offer temperature controlled storage units?
Yes! Our Valley Self Storage location offers temperature controlled units to help you avoid temperature-related damages to your belongings.
I have an RV. Do you have parking options for me?
We do! Many of our facilities offer parking options for your car, RV, or boat.
Are your facilities secure?
They sure are! Not only are each of our units built securely with concrete rather than the thin metal walls you’ll find at other facilities, but we utilize security cameras and do whatever we can to maintain the safety of your unit and our properties.
When and where do I need to pay my bill?
You can pay at our facilities if you wish, but you certainly don’t have to make an unnecessary trip just to pay your bill. We offer online bill pay to make it all easier!
